The 2008 ICE Awards student competition is open to all full-time students attending a post-secondary institution in Atlantic Canada, including 2008 graduates, majoring in: advertising, marketing, graphic design, public relations, media studies, communications, multimedia, interactive or a related program. You have a passion for creativity and can generate great ideas.
Create an advertising campaign that includes one or multiple media of your choice. Examples include: print ad, billboard, interactive, youtube style video, TV, radio, etc. The execution of your idea is only subject to the limits of your imagination. You will also include a one-page summary that rationalizes your solution and tactic choices in terms of the brand objectives and the Creative Brief.
Your work will be judged by industry professionals and ALC. The judging criteria will be based on 40% creativity, 40% strategy and 20% campaign description and rationale.
Sudents will have access to an agency mentor from Revolve who will provide counsel as needed through the development of their campaign. Contact revolve.ca for further information.
The final winner of the competition will receive their choice of a four week paid internship** at Revolve – Atlantic Canada’s leading branding agency in Bedford, Nova Scotia, or a cash prize of $2,500.
